RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Let me try and help you BuckyYeah, my point is, if you divided WM's 814 million or so shares by
9, it's price is bumped up to 9 X .50 = $4.50.
Something more respectable for a big major to gobble up.
No major wants to add on 815 billion shares if the company doesn't
have the production, value, cost savings, management, reserves to
justify it.
WM doesn't !!!!!!!!
Any objection ???????
If so why ??????

I didn't know things were so black and white, one extreme or the other,
for you. No shades of grey. No assuming most could tell on what side
WM's present market capitalization is on, value wise. And how to get to
that value of WM most want to see. .

nothing if I'm not mistaken.
That is eventurally going to have to be share contracted if it is going to
be taken seriously, ie attractive to purchase by someone, whether KL,
AEM or whoever. Probably contract by 8 or so at first, for 1 share of the
new outstanding amount of WM. Then it will be attractive as a take
over by someone whether KL, AEM or whoever. .
So you better have at least 80000 WM shares.
Even then there will probably be a slight contraction of WM shares
when merges with KL, AEM or whoever.
So say an overall contraction of roughly 9 to 1 from what your shares
amount is now, to the new shares of KL, AEM or whoever.

When I had crocodile gold which became KL eventually, it had roughly
500 million shares and producing 100,000 oz of gold. But it still had
to share contract by about 9 for each 1 new share of KL.
It did that over an intermediate contraction first to a go between name
company (i forget the name) which was the biggest contraction.
That made the new named CRK company (I forget the name) attractive
for KL to merge with, which had it contracting a slight bit more. To come
to that overall roughly contraction of 9 shares of CRK to each share of
KL.
My point is WM has a long ways to go and a lot of contraction to go
through and a lot of production to start up, to make you money in it.

I like both FACTS, The problem is my wife owns KL stock not Agnico stock and Tony made a bad deal for KL shareholders. As a Wallbridge shareholder I am very happy. keep trying to put a spin on it for your boss. Good evening
