Look at the insider filing, the Nilsson Bros were buying at 26.5 cents at the end of Sept and their cumulative ownership is now greater that 10% of the outstanding shares. You dont just buy more than 10% of an inefficient company like the Enterprise Group and let your money rot in it. Without a dissenting board, it is not possible to enact any real change, unless you want to buy it out altogether.
