You may have read that a price for the BB deal has been agreed to.  You may have also read that the deal is more akin to selling a business that selling patents.  Apparently Chen is losing patience and has indicated that if the deal is not finalized by fiscal year end in March 2022, BB will have to move onto other options (read, lower price).  Could QTRH be involved?  Absolutely.  There are lots of moving parts according to observers.
