I did crunch some numbers based on the scenario I initially presented. A 50/50 cash and share offer would end up with AMK shareholders owning about 12-15% of the new Teuton, which would have a total of about 80M shares issued. Note, this was dependent on TUO making a discovery on one of their other properties first, which doubled their market cap.
If such a company with 40% of Treaty Creek plus an NSR, plus other properties traded above $5/share, it might be worth it. Otherwise, it might be a lot of effort for little return.
HOWEVER: As the size of the Treaty Creek deposits continues to increase, and if the price of gold ran comfortably over $2000, it could be seen as a stroke of ABSOLUTE BRILLIANCE.
