Are you familar with capital markets and how long it takes to get things in proper order?  It's only been a little over 6 months since AB broke from the First Responder deal and elected to pursue the IPO path. I can assure you the IPO is happening in Q4, THIS QUARTER, underwriter is Paradigm Capital. Valuation set at 150M, which translates to .57 cents per TSF share. Either get a farkin grip of sell your 5K shares and move on...smh.
