That's 25% of the float right thar. They do not have a need to trigger it right now, however they just got Oppenheimer to rate them "uber-buy" at $7 PT. So, I suspect sooner or later they will pull the trigger. This makes me believe that they will effect a "pump" before this, so we should be up at least 25% before they dilute 25%.

Alternatively, they do piecemeal stuff, like they are with Adelia purchase. Doubt it. Oppenheimer wants it pound of flesh before year end.
