IMO, the "tone" of this announcement indicates the absolute frustration of management with respect to the share price. It emphasizes the large size of the LPs involved and that these LPs still want to do business with Valens even though VLNS is maunufacturing their own brands, the speed of revenue generation from these contracts, that some of them require a deposit of 100% of the initial order, and the success of strategic acquistions such as LYF. This is a good PR, and hopefully will put a stop to this crazy drop in the share price.
