Surge Energy Inc (Alberta) T.SGY

Alternate Symbol(s):  ZPTAF | T.SGY.DB.B

Surge Energy Inc. is a Canada-based oil focused exploration and production (E&P) company. The Company's business consists of the exploration, development and production of oil and gas from properties in Western Canada. It holds focused and operated light and medium gravity crude oil properties in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba, characterized by large oil in place crude oil reservoirs with low recovery factors. It offers exposure to two of the five conventional oil growth plays in Canada: the Sparky and SE Saskatchewan. It holds a dominant land position and is drilling a mix of horizontal multi-frac and horizontal multi-lateral wells in the Sparky area. Sparky is a large, well established oil producing fairway in Western Canada. SE Saskatchewan is a focused operated asset base with light oil operating netbacks. SE Saskatchewan operates low-cost wells with short payouts and offers potential for continued area consolidation.

Go Surge Go!

Go Surge Go!

Just wait and see. Paul knows what is needed to get institutional investors, everyone including myself on this chat is tiny compared to the banks money. Paul is thinking long term, like these institutional investors who drive the stock price. A short term view leads to disaster.

I'm glad SandF is not CEO, Surge would be a $100 barrel a day company. Enough with your garbage about MT Baston, they have the asset and did not overpay it was a good pick up and they will be drilling on it in the future( you will be thanking Paul in the future) but for now they are going to be drilling there quick return, high net back assets first, Sparky, Astra Etc. SandF Did you want them to drill on that asset when oil was at 50 like it has been for the last 7 years???

They have been priming the company for growth, maybe at points stretching themselves thin but now look at oil and the inventory they have!! They made it through the worst oil collapse in history too, that says something when most of their peers didn't. Try buying a oil company when oil hits $100 /barrel you will be paying through the ... if there is any companies willing to sell. That's my thoughts.

Go long!
