RE:RE:RE:Average PricingHello Doug,
Welcome aboard! Great to have another reader/contributor - all welcome and teh more the merrier.
You noted in your last post: "They'll need purchasers for 1.8 million tonnes next year. "
Current production capacity of Plant 1 is 600,000 tonnes. Construction of Plant 2 is just getting underway and will eventually comprise 4 parallel processing lines, each one having a 300,000 tonne per year capacity.
Sales volume this year will likely be between 350,000 and 375,000 tonnes.
I expect the first line at Plant 2 to be operational in time to support Q3 sales at the beginning of July 2022, bringing annual production to 900,000 per year (with 2022 being a hybrid of 750,000 ton - 6 months at 600,000 plus 6 months at 900,000).
I believe the CEO confirmed the Plant 2 construction would be done on a phased approach, adding subsequent 300,000 processing lines as projected sales demand warranted the expansion. I do not expect the full plant capacity to be on-stream until 2023 at the earliest, but would obviously be delighted if it were sooner because sales had now ramped up to an expected 1.8 million tonnes, which would be a 5 fold increase over the 2021 annual target and an 11 fold increase over the 2020 actual production/sales.
Cheers,
S.
