Purchase around 4000 shares for cancellation.

Insider trading report posted on Oct 1 shows company purchased just over 4000 share for cancellation. No price given but in late September shares were trading around $11.
On Oct 4, TD crossed 40000 plus shares at 11.05 and it will be interesting to see if IBI purchased those shares.
