Interim CEO is part of Entourage Effect Capital. They own a substantial part of this company. See Harborside last raise begining of 2021, CEO was a large participant. Invested in this company because new management doesn't want to fight the tax/IRS, wants to focus on growing business and settling their tax issues. They have great moves over the last year. This next earnings release will also include Sublime revenues as the deal closed begining of July.
