I would also mention WGL NG storage facility was sold early this year so they DO NOT have to buy NG to fill their storage caverns. Lowering their expenses for Q3.
NG sales to customers basically flow through. Cold weather a positive factor.

I still believe a large unknown is the percent of C3H8 hedging. Still combing reports. If it is high profits will be lower.

Agree Penn East will have to be written off

Ferndale land purchase has a larger signifigance.
