RE:RE:RE:RE:With these joint ventures, ACDC is building a solid base for
what is a joint venture? Semantics now is it? What is a partnership? Are Daymak and ACDC not in a partnership? What about ACDC and Rich Power? As far as I am concerned that is a joint venture you share in a business prospect together with the intent to make monies. Now if you have a seller and client that is not as much so but why I consider Rich part of it is that ACDC is not simply a client who is self consuming a product in other words What Rich provides to them ends there. To make it simple if I commission an artist to draw something for me and it ends I am a client not the same thing with Rich. ACDC consumes the product to resell and is always consuming Rich tech though under the Ionix brand. When Rich and ACDC started they said they were working together on the tech that is clearly a joint venture and remains so. Rich objective was to get product throughout the world and they have a wholly owned subsidiary through IBT now ACDC is working jointly with IBT in ecoville that is a joint venture BUT despite Rich being the common thread and I talked about this ACDC is not a wholly owned subsidy for a very simple reason one that I have said so there is no appearance of monopoly/competition and they are not Rich Power they are supplied by them. That said when people work together for a common cause it is a joint venture What else will you call it? Anyways I may be as dumb as a door nob but at least I am not a liar!!!
