AUSA Share Consolidation

AUSA Share ConsolidationI am still waiting on the AUSA management to come out with the rollback news. It seems management has not even alluded to when this consolidation of shares is coming. Is the management hiding something from us investors as to why they have not made a news release regarding this? I feel as a shareholder we have the right to know when this is happening. With 268,312.000 million plus shares outstanding what will the approximate outstanding shares be when the consolidation is completed. Most importantly what happens to our existing shares?
