The Company creates GlasSand cullet for use in fiberglass insulation manufacturing. It operates a waste glass processing plant at Airdrie, Alberta. The plant gathers post-consumer waste glass from Alberta and elsewhere in western Canada, crushes it, removes contaminants, and sells the final product to three manufacturers of fiberglass building insulation for use as a raw material in their production facilities in Alberta. All production from the Company’s Alberta glass plant is sold to two large customers and one smaller one in the fiberglass insulation manufacturing industry in Alberta, which is heavily dependent on the level of housing starts in Western Canada and the Northwest United States. It ships products to its customers based on the customer’s day-to-day consumption estimates.

RE:RE:ValuationDon't see how Joanne wud change direction of company. For 26 years it's done same thing. Buy glass from western provinces and prepare for sale to fibreglass manufacturers in western canada. In that time main thing changed is number of fibreglass companies has increased and I presume Owens Corning is one of the three. They boast of an efficient and environmentally friendly process.
It would be nice to think they could expand. I have no idea who supplies eastern canada but Owens Corning has more than one plant east of Manitoba.
Have wondered when Pat and the other guy might exit the business he must be over 70. but he and compadre get darn good salaries. I am unaware of insider activity 
Qtr results shud be good espec if they maintained low cost source from earlier in year but is recycled glass a diminishing item? And what about future building permit numbers? 
Nice little company.
