RE:RE:RE:IRD last 6 monthsMy view is there will be a break out if the Apple outcome is positive. While the odds may be in QTRH's favour, there is still some risk.
It could be that the value of Wilan (Apple, other cases, the patent business and just some of the cash, because Wilan needs a significant cash balance to operate) is not fully reflected in the SP. But rarely do share prices reflect the fair value of the assets/ discounted cashflows for most companies. More often than not, there is a discount.
The same applies to IRD. Until it shows up in actual financial results, anticpitated Ebitda is just that. And until the Ebitda actually shows up, there is further risk in applying a 12 multiple to anticpated Ebitda.
My view - if QTRH does break out or "fly" in the short term, it will be because of a court decision or settlement, not due to the market/ investors waking up.
