RE:RE:from the other boardI have seen a comical suggestion that KNR will be bought out by one of the big companies when KNR becomes a midcap, as if it is the share price that triggers big companies' interest. Nope....it is the business fundamentals and their assessment of what they can do with the company post acquisition. If the SP is too high, they won't make the pitch....or they actually could if controlling shareholders want to accept lower than market price for a full exit.
