RE:When in Q4 is the QuestionWell I guess we wait a little longer, too bad last weeks run wasn't "the" run time to average down around 18 to 19 is my guess......some movement on the debt ceiling just now, maybe that will calm some fears in the general marklet place......our issue with "heat" is Q4 is a long period of time to wait on this news.
