RE:Tempted back...True to my word, I picked up another 1000 today at $13.80.
I think the recent SP pressure is also impacted by a relative high dividend to the sector average. Instead of the company repaying debt, which is getting more expensive, it is giving it back to investors.
However, we're just shy of a 7% divi with long-term good prospects with demographic trends, so I am happy to re-accumulate.
