I agree on that motivation. I wonder how that private equity firm that bought a 10% stake in the low 3s feels. By all metrics it is cheap and about a quarter of the market cap is backed up by cash. But is this company investable with uncooperative management? That's really the question. I will hold through and see where it goes.
