RE:RE:RE:RE:Distribution WaterfallMy own understanding of the waterfall calculation is: in both scenarious "the Company" may receive 30 Mio $.
Divide 30 Mio USD through 106.52 outstanding shares and calculate it to CAN $ to get a value of the shareholders part from an award.
You may add some smaller amount of millions for things we can sell to Minesa if we simply completely liquidate all our assets in Colombia (without our 3 milllion ounces bearing old concession).
All are estimates and guesses. Pls handle it with care. Thanks to NaturalCurrency we have just a first idea what may come and we all can play with this calculation and add or or develop alternatives due to our own knowledge, thoughts and ideas.
--------------
Shareholders (the investors) had a loss of:
106.52 outstanding shares times 4.01 CAD (the average shareprice since begin at 1998-06-03 to end of the year 2009). Within the following year 2010 the constructed Colombia troubles started suddenly out of the blue. => 106.52 *4,01 = 427.145 Mio CAD. Add assuming market interest rates during that time
we shareholders (investors) had a loss of around 600 - 700 Mio CAD.
We may get back 30 Mio USD. Justice made in USA...
