Artis Real Estate Investment Trust is an unincorporated closed-end REIT based in Canada. Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Aggressive stock repurchases at a steep discount to NAV are a superb use of capital. This is a slam dunk risk-free way to grow NAV per share.

The opportunistic sale of legacy properties into the strong private market is also a good move. Ploughing the realized funds into Artis repurchases, or into another undervalued REIT play, is a far better way to grow NAV.

I am 100% in support of the current actions taken so far.

The stock price will follow growth in NAV per share. Eventually. It always does.
