Came to Coeur from Barrick as Senior Director of Startegic Matters and Corporate Development.I Coeur has refreshed its Senior Management.Alim is now vp corporate development.
This offer has his fingerprints all over it and he is the fulcrum.Coeur has not filed a shelf registation with SEC.i
Coeurshares are around six maybe because of fear of dilution. But Alim maybe the fulcrum of arranging financing.
Orion loses 75 million  if the Support Agreement lapses on the spread of Coeurs discounted price at 13.20 and the acquisition price if Coeur wins..

OCB on tick tock mode. This guy has not been right about anything since May 10 .
Victoria is a single mine company also one metal. This effects valuation,
.Last summer fires 2020 both Kurt(Alexeco ) and John talked about seriously thinking how close they came to being burned down and losing their infrastructure
,
There is covid again this winter and wage inflation, oil prices, cyanide costs , consumables, dynamite and energy
.There were three cyanide spills this year.
Not to mention possible mechanical breakdowns and possiblity of freezing leach pad .
A single mine and a new startup do not get bonus points..Then there the possibilty of a major stock market crash and a breakdown of gold.

Actually Victoria has a lot of irons in the fire-shaving fines and a new plant , Exploration in Eagle pit and Raven extension ,possibilty of 12 months stacking and effects on.AISC.,
John is not the best or a natural promoter of this stock. He is dour and and looks like he has to restrain himself looking very umcofortable.
Somebody else brought up the need of a professional with mergers and acquisitions experience.
Tick Tock. hope its not an alarm clock."wake up" call
