You have invested for 40 years and STILL an incredulous statement like that???

it is NOT FOBI that is freezing your acct. That is IIROC security Board of Directors that decide when the price will trade - or not. FOBI is responsible to insure the lawyers are fully OK with the facts and that ALL interested parties have equal access. THEN and only then IIROC say the trades will occur.
