RE:RE:RE:RE:Investors should run!Totally agree with "Proceeds".  Investors best to stay far far away from this continuing disaster.  Who would buy industrial land that is in a known flood plain?  Environmental assessments also need to confirm that no toxic soils present from historic activity on the land such as chemical treatment of power poles. The fact that True Leaf has to pay loan shark levels of interest is a warning flag enough thaty once again this scheme is  probably tetering on a bankruptcy path.
Morbedly entertaining to watch this lengthy fiasco unfold, but feel empathy for the continuous stream of enthusiastic investors who inevitably get burned ......   no puppy/dog love this time.
