Athabasca Oil Corporation (AOC) is a Canadian energy company with a focused strategy on the development of thermal and light oil assets. AOC’s segments include Light Oil and Thermal Oil. The Thermal Oil segment includes the Company’s assets, liabilities and operating results for the exploration, development and production of bitumen from sand and carbonate rock formations located in the Athabasca region of Northern Alberta. It also consists of two operating oil sands steam assisted gravity drainage projects and a resource base of exploration areas in the Athabasca region of northeastern Alberta. The Light Oil segment includes its assets, liabilities and operating results for the exploration, development and production of light crude oil and medium crude oil, tight oil and conventional natural gas. Its Light Oil segment consists exclusively of the Duvernay in the Greater Kaybob area with about 155,000 gross acres across Kaybob West, Kaybob North, Kaybob East and Two Creeks.

RE:RE:RE:This is not badAs oil bulls who all believe this stock should be trading at $2 minimum based on oil prices, the markets have put a FMV of this stock at .94 over a five day average, mgmt is dealing with the reality of the energy sector being viewed as a poor investment area, with a multiple rerate that we all are hoping for, but this will take time. Mgmt is weak, but did we not invest in this stock as an 'option play'? Due to the torque in WTI, many of us invested in the WTI play, it was never mgmt. I own 1.5 shares and I never invested in this mgmt team, I have to maintain my thesis on WTI rising due to the lack of a transition strategy to
renewables and government policy that makes no sense. That poor government policy has allowed us to rally this far, now where can ATH go when we only really need a mgmt team that is able to walk and talk at the same time.
