Jet Fuel price is up over 100% compared to last year.  As of August it was in line with 2019.  As of Oct 4rth it is now 20% over the 2019 average and that is with little demand so if anything it will continue to rise.  The quicker more planes in the air the faster there is more demand and if they cannot supply as fast price will rise further.  Again you are talking out your azz using outdated numbers!  

As for your unit fuel price being lower because of additional seat.  A stronger arguement could be made that fuel useage would be higher because of the increased payload.  Either way it is relatively marginal.
