The next 12 months....

The next 12 months....It's clear that the Canadian retail pot market was a huge failure -

Large unsold inventories, depressed prices, market consolidation of the biggest players and huge billion dollar write downs - it is an industry in crisis. And Lifeless is in the worst sector - medical resellers.  Yuck.

So what's next?   (These are just possibilities)

- Start selling parts of the business to raise cash
(there will be no more new investment)

- Try to find a dance partner - but they probably already did that and no one wants to partner with a failure.

- Lay off staff

- File for bankruptcy protection.  Mid 2022.
