The debt we can manage. Tilray is growing in revenue. We also have many synergies to realize. Tilray legacy products have to switch over to aphrias processes that will save millions. This quarter stores have been fully open last reporting we lost the better part of June. If he further dilutes it will be aqustions that bring revenue streams into the company like Sweetwater. 

Simon is way overpaid. I agree and it's all over every forum. That was my problem with him in the early Aphria days. He deserves to be paid well but it is exorbitant at this time and set off every forum everywhere from stocktwits to stock house against him. He needs to announce he will forfeit some or most of the bonus until the company can realize it's potential. That would be good of him because with 83 percent retail base and the better part of them asking him to take a pay cut or step down. I think he will do something about the situation.
