RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Today I change my mind - i don't think we'll be on until after lunch given how long this first case is going on. 

I'm also surprised at the degree they are getting into the weeds on this first (seemingly simple) case so I'd be surprised if we didn't get some nuggets today on what way the court will go.  Whether those nuggets filter into the share price is another story. If there is something material that comes out, and the stock doesn't move, it's an opportunity for us to take advantage....
