RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Today So I listened to the first case (its over now and they are on to the 2nd case) in the background while doing some work.  Based on the tone of the judges and questioning I`m pretty sure the DVA will win.  If this were a patent case, I would feel confident buying shares in DVA and probably would do so if shares didn't go up in price.  Assuming enough QTRH investors are listening in to the hearing, it could quite possibly move the stock price if the same thing happens in our hearing.
