Yes. Not sure if it's 16 months lows but I'll take your word for it. The Bigcharts Toronto chart only goes back to early January, at which time it was elevenish.

I was getting in around $3.30 and just recently averaged down at $2.70. My throwing in the towel should probably be read as the "All clear, can't lose" signal.
