Long term investors from the early days in 2017 have supported Waldo and his team based on our fundamental research and trust in the team.
Collectively, we, the long term supporters of Waldo & his management team, have put in at least as much time as they have. That is our vested interest.
Our rightful future gains will be stolen from us by the advising financial teams (no surprise) and the spineless profiteers of main man Waldo and his boys.

You did almost everything right, from day one onwards.
You'd learned a few lessons at- and when being kicked out at LAC.
We understood and accepted your royalty provision. We accepted the history.
We also understood the risk of you bailing out and leaving us in the cold.
Your confidence, your smiling face, your "for the best of our shareholders", were they all a farce?
So they claim that we get a good price based on NPV.
That's an NPV of several years ago. Since then, we have proven to be able to produce product to CATL's specification, we have greatly increased the resource and we've waited to publicize the DFS and the new NPV to first screw our long time supporters.
Is that the way it is?
That's a despicable behaviour to treat your long time supporters.
Will we ever be able to read the DFS?
I fear not, for then the true measure of management's failure to be considered as fair and reasonable human beings will become clear.
Whenever names like Waldo Perez, Carlos Vicens, Gabriel Pindar, and also very much Constantine K. and Thomas P. come forward in other enterprises, investors will know them to be unreliable and will stay away from these companies.
