I am also very unhappy with the buyout at this time.

All the risk is nearly gone and NLC was on a good way to a multi billion dollar company

I will vote NO

The loss of a projected CAD2.8million should be addressed with kid gloves on?
Are you kidding me?

Some idiot (@snowywindows) on CEO.CA concluded that the offer is close to our reported NPV (PFS March 2019) and therefore fair.

So I would ask where does today's NPV stand?
My guess is that with current price, resource, product quality, company progress, our NPV now lies closer to $4 billion (and that's a minimum).

The DFS was promised for late Q3, early Q4.
In my opinion, the company (management & board) has on purpose misled retail shareholders.

Let NLC publish the DFS now and show us for what a pittance the company is proposed to be sold.
Sure, I will vote against as well.
