Proselenes: with an eye for possible future outcomes, sometimes we should not rule out the WCS (a hostile bid); vis a vis future (Royston testing results) outcomes.

I finally took a peak at my Inbox after some time and get reminded of at least ONE reason not to be scared of a hostile bid. See ~ the 2:40 min mark.

Reason #1 To NOT Be Afraid of a Hostile Bid

e.g. Extrapolating life after an HB; we might (potentially) see cash offer per share with spin-off shares for a "rinse & repeat"  for any or all the blocks being contemplated by TXP (if any) in the upcoming Bid round. As you mentioned (hopefully) green light the Cruse but (strategic) hold on the Herrera until Nov 25th? Maybe, maybe not.

Hence my recent repost XM's post being key to understanding being OK this eventuality.

GLTAL - GLAP - Caveat Emptor - Patience (for Cascadura connection) is a Virtue.
