Thank you TGC, that's about what I figured (which, by the way was based on nothing more than a guess.....) And good to remember the point you raised on outside of the Blueberry area, that alone in my mind puts a very big bonus value on our developable lands!

Owned Crew for just over a year now, if we are going into an Energy super cycle, like has been suggested, can't wait to see the landscape as a Crew shareholder in 2023!

These are exciting times to be sure!
