RE:RE:RE:BRAX ... AGRA

RE:RE:RE:BRAX ... AGRATexan,
I do not think we are in a position of conflict. I do remember your warning, about a year ago was it?
I had no idea who you were or if you were stating the truth. Some people on the AGRA board didn't seem too impressed with you. I didn't know what to make of the whole situation.
You were correct. The BRAX s/p has continued to decline and there seems no way to stop it.
It does seem to be manipulated by some kind of 'step-down algorithm' as you referred to it.
I wonder if the lawsuits are going to go anywhere? I don't know about AGRA's lawsuit or what it's about? Is it similar to BRAX's lawsuit (which is actually against BRAX)?
The lawsuits seem unrelated to the problem of the manipulation of s/p? In the case of BRAX, the class action suit (if it gets off the ground) is against the company and it's C-Suite. Not against whomever is running the step-down algorithm. How are they tied together?
This is what's confusing to me. There seem to be two separate, unrelated, actions happening in the BRAX situation. What do you think?
In the case of AGRA, there is no lawsuit? I understand that you want there to be one? It would be against the people on the BOD? Some of those people are on BRAX's BOD.
Anyway, I can see the similarity of s/p manipulation on both companies. Who's doing it? Are you suggesting someone on the BODs is doing it?
Please help me understand what you think is going on. What would you do if you were a BRAX shareholder at this point?
Thanks.

Coin, I guess you should have listened to me when I personally gave you fair warning. What goes around comes around.

Do your own DD or contact The Law Firm. I think a posting of The Civil Complaint File occurred (from memory) a.m. ) on or about 9/22/21 right here on Stockhouse.

Get an eye full. AGRA is a crystal ball of your future.

Tex
