Ltd. further received a bonus from Agra of 1 million Agra shares with a value of $190,000 with regards to the performance of Canutra Naturals Ltd. on November 15, 2019 (despite Cantura Naturals Ltd. being represented by Agra itself as having a value of $nil). 91. Intercontinental Advisory Corp. is a company that was incorporated under the BCBCA on May 8, 2018, which is owned by and/or under the power and control of William Gareth Birdsall. Intercontinental Advisory Corp is a purported agent or consultant to Powertap and received a $250,950 finders fee in connection with Powertaps acquisition of 11353675 Canada Corp."
