Clarification: 10t vs 75t

Clarification: 10t vs 75tMy understanding was that the move to Payette was to extend the flotation circuit capacity to produce up to 10 t per day of concentrate.
Now, Payette is to produce concentrate from 75 t  per day of ore sorted from the mine.
Does it mean that 65 t are wasted or the flotation circuit output has been significantly improved?
Somebody, please explain.
