NEO Battery Materials Ltd V.NBM

Alternate Symbol(s):  NBMFF

NEO Battery Materials Ltd. is a Canadian battery materials technology company. It is focused on developing silicon anode materials for lithium-ion batteries in electric vehicles, electronics, and energy storage systems. With a patent-protected, low-cost manufacturing process, it enables longer-running and ultra-fast charging batteries compared to existing technologies. It is a producer of silicon anode materials for the electric vehicle and energy storage industries. It is developing and optimizing its silicon anode materials, NBMSiDE, through its all-in-one manufacturing process. Its three types of products, NBMSiDE-P100, NBMSiDE-P200, and NBMSiDE-C100 are manufactured through its nanocoating technology and are based on metallurgical-grade silicon with purities of at least 99.95%. It has developed a nanocoating process to manufacture silicon anodes. Its material provides improvements in capacity and efficiency over lithium-ion batteries using graphite in their anode materials.

RE:Someone convince me to invest in this

RE:Someone convince me to invest in thisFirst of all, you should dig more into learning about the structure of the lithium-ion battery and the current developments with materials. The coating technology is there to enable the working of the silicon as an anode material, so this isn't just simple coating but it is providing anode materials for EV batteries.

The market is not small at all, and I do not know where you are getting your information. Currently, the next step to increase the energy capacity of the battery is to implement silicon, and there are only a total of approximately 5 companies that have been able to mass-produce the material. The large ones include BTR, Shin-Etsu, and Daejoo. The market is currently estimated to grow by 70% yearly over a 5 year span, reaching a market size of almost 3 billion.

You should not be worrying about the sustainability of the company when they are jumping into a blue ocean with interest from many players. Plus not just some random management team, but proven officials from LG, Samsung, and L&F. No beef but please do at least some preliminary DD and research before stating such untrue facts or claiming that this is a pump and dump.
