This is a pretty big announcement for federal gouv. I would expect it to be made once new ministers cabinet have been chosen.... they will like to spread a few good news immediately after so I would not be surprised if it happens only after Trudeau's announcement.

For the rest, the longer DM wait for good news the more good news will be made between the moment they start cascading them and year end results at end of March where we will see up to what DM can climb... and for March, if we have these good news I'm still expecting a peak between 1,50-2,00 then back at around but over 1$ next summer and move to TSX by June or July....

To be patient will be rewarding here!!!
