On Sept 29/ 2017 Wilan announced a renewal COMPREHENSIVE LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH SAMSUNG. Terms are confidential.

so comment " But the adjustment right will probably not be invoked at $ .45 as this would just be for 2 patents and not the whole portfolio" is very reasonable comment. IMO
