moneywinner1, my retired broker friend and my self have been researching Heritage for the last couple of months we don't like what we're findimng.  Right from cannacure investors selling out it's been a fiasco right from the beginning.  We're hoping were wrong but if we're not it's very serious..  My broker friend said don't give any details until we can prove it.  If we're wrong that's great the company will survive until they run out of cash or financing because their earnings are not keeping up the amount of shares issued and outstanding .  If RS is done nothing will change except we'll own less shares and stock price will go down quickly because there is a lot of speculators out there just waiting to hammer this stock .  The reason they can do it because they can make the money on the spread between buying selling..
