RE:RE:Short term 48 cents per sh / One yr target $ 1.48/shareI took the actual facts released to date of which I know of and, I made some conservative estimates.
Everyone is making a big deal around the issue that MEDV issued 171 million to get rid of their debt of some $ 10 million that was overhanging their operations + $ 2 million in change that they used to pay off some current accounts payable.
In other words, their balance sheet is cleaned up. It allows for proper growth without headache of long term debt.
We all know that Stan Bharti is worth $ 3 billion therefore money is not an issue for him and, he will not be in any hurry to sell his shares, he keeps them for 5 years on average and, so so his connected companies.
What made me EXTRA BULLISH is Camebridge that traded in a SECUR LOAN that was paying them interest, for shares and allowed someone else to take a lien on all the assets.
No one in their right mind would do this UNLESS if operations are explosif and they will recover much more from share appreciation.
The 171 million shares that were issued are therefore in very strong hands and no one is going to sell them before we begin to hit the many dollar range.
Applying a simple multiple of 4x sales shows that we can trade anywhere from 48 cents to $ 1.44 (which valuations are REASONABLE).
You see, numbers do not lie. It is people who lie. So I stick with numbers and todays price is a HUGE STEAL.
Under David Preiner, MEDV is excelling and he has chosen the high road which is not to pump the stock but to let the numbers speak for themselves. As a matter of fact he is under-estimating his numbers and being conservative.
We know that MEDV did around $ 4 million in sales in July 2021, so we are already at the $ 48 million per year projected amounts in revenues. This means we should be at 48 cents and, not 4.5 cents.
In August 2021, revenue tripled. I will remain conservative and assume $ 1 million for each of the first two weeks and, then $ 3 million for the last 2 weeks, so probably $ 8 million in revenue. If that is correct, then we should be 96 cents and not 4.5 cents.
In September 2021, I assume that revenue has tripled through the whole month, so $ 12 million in revenue, on track for $ 144 million for the year, which means we should be at $ 1.44 per share and, not 4.5 cents.
People are free to believe or not, people are free to choose to lament or not, and people ar free to continue to doubt and look in their back mirror at a time when Doug Sommerville was running the company and in reality did not know what he was doing, BUT I choose to look forward not backwards under David Preiner and I love what I see and I have HIGH HOPES that he will deliver on his promieses. Alot of them are already fulfilled. There is a reason whey the holders of long term debt chose shares over interest and security.
As usual, the retail investor is the last one to find out.
Those in the know, should be buying as prices are going to explode.
