shocked and disappointed

shocked and disappointedFound out this morning after busy long weekend.
Too much to digest now, so many postings, all of them "now way" cry.
NLC definetely have huge potentials, but management want to retire, with their possessions and stock options, they are all multimillionaires after the sale....

Well, no early retirement for me, for now...I will vote no and have some weight, but it would take a lot to mobilize, so I will wait for the result, but do not hold much optimism on the outcome.

The possibility of bidding war is, probably, 50/50, but won't be from CATL.
