But I agree that the current price is not reflective of what happened at the hearing. It's also not reflective of that recent hire at ETC and what it appears to indicate. Basically, I doubt Darby Swank would have joined ETC without a pretty solid conviction that what Quarterhill (in ITS) is putting together is going to work on a significant scale. And he's the person who should know. I see this as a far better endorsement than some new buy recommendation from another Bay Street analyst.
