I am thinking about the same thing, but it is quite hard to predict. I think that for now, it is Chinese who will be on buying spree, but I do not think they will be buying US assets.

I think our forum should continue to operate after NLC sale to help each other with allocation of freed funds.
I would not do rush decisions, unless something obvious pops up; unfortunately there is no other NLC like companies, that is (was?) and an obvious winner.
