I did a little more digging and code 9110 is used for Texas Medicaid Rpm (called Telemonitoring by Texas Medicaid) and as I posted earlier it has a re-authorization every 60 days but has been extended to 180 since the start of the pandemic.  All a reauthorization means is the doctor has to sign  a piece of paper that says the patient still needs the service every 60 days (now 180 days).  I am sure they are able to do it electronically.

Texas Medicaid (poverty income level in 1 state) represents a small fraction of the business compared to Medicare (entire US retired and disabled population) RPM, CCM and BHI.  Again there is no re-authorizations for the Medicare programs that I can find.
