CLA-1816 strongly binds with and activates the alpha3 glycine pain receptor in the spine. The Company has leased a laboratory, office, and archival space in Beverly, Massachusetts.

Actually not 'nobel' at all but rather pragmatic. If he didn't do this and take the hit there would have been no financing which, owuld have mad ehte rest of his shares worthless.
