Nice to hear all is good!  Just finished my final Occupancy on another lakefront home.  I will be looking for another project soon condo stuff is too big for me.  In fact, I am a little weary of starting anythingin real estate right now with what is going on in the Chinese Real Estate market.  It is crashing and bad.  What is happening in China may not stay in China!
